Customers may cancel a service request before technician dispatch
Once a technician is assigned or dispatched, a service/visit charge may apply

Inspection/visit charges are non-refundable once service is provided
If a customer chooses not to proceed after inspection, only the visit charge applies
Advance payments (if any) may be refunded if service is not delivered, subject to review

Refunds are not applicable for:
. Completed services
. Issues arising after service due to external factors or continued usage
However, if there is a genuine service concern, customers can contact us for resolution. We will review and address valid issues within reasonable limits.

. Any parts replaced are chargeable
. Warranty on parts (if applicable) depends on supplier/manufacturer, not on us
